Case studies

The work, anonymised.

Our engagements are commercially sensitive and most are covered by confidentiality. What we can share, we share anonymously: the situation, the question, the analysis, and what changed as a result.

First case studies in preparation

Two anonymised case studies from a financial perspective are being prepared with our clients' agreement. They will appear here once the detail has been cleared for publication.

In the meantime we are happy to talk through relevant work directly. There is a great deal we can describe in a conversation that we could never publish on a website.

What a case study will contain

Four honest paragraphs beat a page of claims nobody can check.

  1. The situation

Who the client was, in a form that identifies nobody: sector, rough size, and the position they were in. "A Harare manufacturer, 400 staff" carries the weight without breaching anything.

  2. The question

The specific thing they needed to know, stated as they asked it. This is the part a prospective client scans, because they are looking for their own question.

  3. What we did

The analysis, in enough detail to be credible and not so much that it becomes a method paper. Which data, which technique, how long.

  4. What changed

The outcome, with a number wherever a number can be shared. Where it cannot, the direction and the decision it enabled.

Let's find the answer your data is hiding.

Bring us the question your board keeps returning to and cannot settle. A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies whether there is work here at all.
