One dataset, one answer

Labour is the largest controllable cost in most organisations, and it sits in a blind spot between the finance function and HR.

Most firms are built to serve one side of that gap. HR consultancies understand the people question but cannot cost it. Accounting practices can cost anything but do not read workforce data. The result is that the single largest line in the budget is managed by two functions that never quite agree on the numbers.

We built the practice to close that gap. We read payroll, general ledger and HR data as a single dataset, so the analysis arrives with the cause and the cost already attached. One answer, which your CFO and your head of people can both sign.
